Highland Park, Texas

First incorporated in 1913, Highland Park has held on to its status as a self-sufficient municipality independent of Dallas, even though it’s a mere four miles from the city’s center. Often referred to as “the Bubble,” it’s a desirable, 2.2-square-mile haven for Dallas’s most elite residents.

Some of Dallas's most grand estates lie within Highland Park.  Centered around the Turtle Creek Park and its timeless beauty the area provides a peaceful and beautiful setting yet only minutes from the hustle of downtown.  The schools are excellent and still offer the benefit of a more small-town feel.  Properties vary greatly from  massive estates to small bungalow style homes.  Close to exemplary dining, the arts, Southern Methodist University and the George Bush Presidential Library.
